Happy Thanksgiving! Although I caught a mild case of the flu (yep…even semi-raw vegans get sick now and then), I’ve been busy working on music, my business strategy, teaching (yes. I’ve started teaching in LA) and staying focused on my goal. I have so much to be grateful for! Life, Family, Music, YOU!!

This Thanksgiving, I came home to celebrate with my family, and am happy that I was able to spend some time with my Uncle Cecil before his demise. Cecil was handsome, talented, endlessly helpful, successful in work and life, a constant support to his family and to me. I am glad that he is no longer suffering, but sad that he is gone.
RIP Uncle Cecil
