The event was held in <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Avery_Fisher_Hall\" target=\"_blank\">Avery Fisher Hall<\/a> at Lincoln Center.  I\u2019d dreamed of performing there for many years, but would have never imagined I\u2019d be there for the first time playing with Stevie!  The event talent was a star studded roster: <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jerry_Seinfeld\" target=\"_blank\">Jerry Seinfeld<\/a> opened the show, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/aliciakeys\" target=\"_blank\">Alicia Keys<\/a> then performed 2 songs and afterwards we went on and performed for an hour.  There were several sound problems (causing Stevie to stop the music TWICE during one song), but we all did our best nonetheless.  After the show, I went to dinner and met <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/foreverbrandy\" target=\"_blank\">Brandy<\/a> as well as several members of the Black Eyed Peas, including my friend Lynette\u2019s boss, <a href=\"http:\/\/the-musical-life.blogspot.com\/will-i-am.blackeyedpeas.com\" target=\"_blank\">Will.i.am<\/a>.  They were all very nice.
