The Musical Life Workshop – Bay Area Session

I’m offering a workshop at Piedmont Piano!  The workshop will focused on what it takes to prepare for life as a musician, how to win an audition, and how to sustain a career in music.  All levels and instruments are welcome!  There is only space for 12 participants, so sign up today by sending me an email message: victoria@victoriatheodore.com
This will be a 1 day workshop, divided into 3 segments, each of which can be purchased separately, or as a unit.  For all instruments, levels and ages.  There will be a Bay Area Session and an LA Session.

Part I: Preparing
12pm-1:15pm
How to prepare yourself for a music career: study, teachers, practicing, memorizing, scheduling, focus, etc.

Part II: Auditioning
1:30pm-3pm
How to successfully audition for gigs, tours, TV: assessing your value and the client’s need, presentation, charm, etc.

Part III: Sustaining
3:15 – 4:30pm
How to sustain a career in music as an artist, accompanist or band member: professionalism, organization, repertoire, etc.
